of Blackpool area is not absolute, and is subject to editorial judgement by

Blackpool-Index editorial policy is set by town-index limited at
its own discretion. Any submission for services on the website is subject
to editorial approval. We wish to maintain a high standard of content. However,
town-index limited can not undertake to verify the accuracy of the
information provided by advertisers. The accuracy of information provided,
is the responsibility of the advertiser. The advertiser is liable for any
costs, and financial penalties occurring as a result of any inaccuracies
or omissions in the information provided.

on Blackpool-Index is warranted by the advertiser to have copyright permission
for use for this purpose. The advertiser also warrants that no trademark
is infringed by the use of the provided material on the website. If any
copyright or trademark infringement is held to have occurred, or is alleged

the advertiser agrees to indemnify town-index limited against any
costs, damages and/or other financial penalties incurred as a result of

the agreed period of display expiring, no monies are refundable to the advertiser
in respect of the unexpired period.

reserve the right to alter or discontinue services on Blackpool-Index, and
to vary these terms and conditions to reflect the changing nature of the
